Riverbend Announces Ribbon Cutting Ceremony For Residential Services

Riverbend Behavioral Health is pleased to announce that a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held to celebrate the Fall 2018 opening of their residential services for children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Designed specifically for those ages 6 to 21 on the autism spectrum, Riverbend’s residential services will be available for individuals who are challenged by their autism to assist in meeting their unique needs.  Our goal is to be able to provide both the individuals and their families the tools they need to be able to transition back into their less restrictive or home environment.  Intensive behavioral programming (based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis), medical interventions, and a highly structured schedule of group and individual activities are a critical part of the patient’s treatment.  In addition,…
